Sensei Creighton

Sensei CreightonMr. Creighton was born in Owen Sound, Ontario on September 5th, 1974. Since then he has lived in Stratford Ontario, as well as Schwebheim Germany, and finally in Mississauga. Mr. Creighton first began his training in Mississauga, Ontario while attending Sheridan College in 1996 under Sensei Jay. He earned his Shodan (first degree black belt) in January of 2001, Nidan (second degree black belt) in December of 2006, and received the title of Sempai in August of 2007.  As well he is a certified instructor for the PPTC in edged weapons self defence, an organization responsible for training local and national police and security agencies.

While traditional Japanese karate is the focus of his training, he also studies Kobudo (weaponry), Tai Chi Chuan, Escrima and Jiu Jitsu; all as part of the AMA system.

Over the years Mr. Creighton has had the privilege to participate in a number of seminars or to train for a short time with some of the most respected Martial Arts instructors in the world:
